Corplabs

Corprise · Subscription-Priced Odoo ERP

Real ERP, without the RM 80,000 project.

Odoo on a flat monthly subscription — implementation, hosting in Malaysia, MyInvois compliance, and ongoing refinements included. Live in four to eight weeks, not four quarters.

The usual Odoo route

USD 17,000up front

A one-off implementation project, quoted per module, billed per user, delivered in six to twelve months — then a change request for every adjustment after go-live.

Six to twelve months before anyone logs in
MyInvois scoped as a separate phase
Every post-launch tweak is a change request

Corprise

USD 210/ month

One subscription that includes the implementation, the hosting, the compliance work, and the refinements. Change tiers as the business changes. Cancel with notice.

Compliance

MyInvois-ready on day one

e-Invoicing isn't an add-on module you buy later. It's configured, validated, and submitting before you go live.

MyInvois and LHDN are trademarks of the Government of Malaysia. Corplabs is an independent implementer, not an affiliate.

LHDN MyInvois submission from Odoo
Validated TIN and buyer details
Consolidated e-Invoices for retail
Credit and debit note handling
Self-billed invoices for imports
Audit trail retained per LHDN rules

1Week 1

Discovery workshop

We sit with your team, map the current process, and agree the module list and the go-live date.

2Week 2–4

Configure & migrate

Chart of accounts, products, contacts, opening balances, MyInvois setup. Your data, in the system.

3Week 4–6

Train & parallel run

Your team runs a month of real transactions alongside the old process until they trust it.

4Week 6–8

Go live & refine

Old process off. We stay on the refinements — that's what the subscription covers.

Common questions

Because ERP is never finished. A subscription puts the implementation, the hosting, and the ongoing refinements on one line — so improving the system doesn't require a change request and a new PO.

It's real Odoo. You get standard Odoo modules, configured and hosted by us, so nothing is locked to a proprietary platform. Your data and configuration are exportable.

You move up a tier mid-cycle and we pro-rate the difference. Module enablement and migration work are included — there's no re-implementation fee.

In Malaysia, on infrastructure we manage, with daily backups. On Bespoke we'll host in the region or on-premise if compliance demands it.

No. Each tier includes a user ceiling and the monthly price doesn't move as you fill it. If you exceed it, you move up a tier — that's the only change.

Three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. You leave with a full database export and your Odoo configuration documented.
